Privacy Policy: 

Forest Witch respects your privacy and does not sell our mailing lists nor provide our client information to any third party.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds.  All purchases are final.  For custom Books of Shadows, the third-party artisan will ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Method:

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day of purchase via USPS priority mail, to be received within 2-3 business days.  Custom orders or out-of-stock items subject to availability.  Custom orders are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Scheduling Policy:

Clients are required to pay for the session at the time it is scheduled.

Clients who miss a scheduled session, will be contacted to let them know they missed the session.  The first missed call is rescheduled within 30 days.  Except in emergencies, any additional missed sessions are treated as completed sessions and will not be rescheduled or refunded.  This applies to individually scheduled and package series sessions.

By using Forest Witch products and services, you  are acknowledging to hold the owner harmless against any issues resulting from the implementation or use of any information, discussions, or advice exchanged during our professional interactions. You realize that any action you take as a result of information or opinions received during our meeting are taken at your own risk, and that the information or opinions given to you are not insured.  All purchases for services are made at your own risk with no guarantees of results.
